Pricing questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Your plan follows the number of units you let, so it moves up or down with your business. Your data and set-up stay as they are.
Do smaller plans have fewer features?
No. Every plan has every feature. When we set you up we switch on the parts your business uses, so a traditional self storage site is not shown collections or inventories it does not need.
Is there a set-up fee?
We will give you a clear quote for set-up and moving your data across after your guided tour, once we know how many sites and customers you have.
What counts as a unit?
Anything you let on its own: a room, a locker, a garage, a container or a rack location.
