Your details, used carefully

What we collect

When you send the contact form or book a guided tour, we keep what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name, where you operate, the size of your business, the software you use now and your message or chosen tour time.

To stop automated spam we also keep your browser's description and a one-way scrambled form of your internet address that cannot be turned back into the address itself.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange your tour and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies

The site only uses the cookies that keep the forms secure while you fill them in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by emailing info@eco-storage.com.
