Take a tour

A day at your storage site, with the software running it

Follow one customer from the first phone call to the first invoice, and see how our storage management software takes the weight off your team at every step.

  1. Start the day knowing what needs you

The dashboard opens on today's moves and visits, and the work queues hold everything that needs a person: invoices to raise, Direct Debits to charge, debts to chase. Nothing to piece together from emails.

    • Today's moves, visits and job sheets
    • Work queues for invoices, Direct Debit and debt
    • Team to-dos and your own follow-ups
The staff dashboard with today's next move, queues and figures
  2. An enquiry comes in

A visitor to your website works out the space they need with the space calculator, sees the price with your volume discount and sends it to you. It arrives as a lead, and your team follows it up from one list until they move in.

    • Website, calculator, phone and walk-in enquiries in one list
    • Follow-ups assigned to your team
    • A lead becomes a customer without retyping

  3. Pick the right unit in 3D

Open the building, see which rooms are free in the size they need and choose one near the door or the lift. Reserve it while they decide.

    • Free units in the right size stand out
    • Reserve a unit for a date
    • The same picture on every screen

  4. The contract is signed before they arrive

The customer gets a link, reads the contract on their phone and signs it. They set up a Direct Debit in the same few minutes. You get a stored, timestamped copy of both.

    • Signed on any phone
    • SEPA Direct Debit mandate signed online
    • Evidence kept for every signature

  5. The van collects their things

The collection is on the calendar against a van and a crew. The driver opens the job sheet on their phone, the customer has already listed and signed their inventory online, and what arrives is checked in with photos.

    • On the calendar, with travel time kept free
    • A job sheet with address, access and who to call
    • An inventory signed online before the day
    A driver's job sheet for a collection
  6. Invoices go out on their own

On the billing day the month's invoices are prepared from each customer's units and prices. Check the batch, issue it, and each customer gets their invoice by email while the Direct Debits are lined up.

    • Prepared, checked and issued in one batch
    • PDF emailed to each customer
    • Direct Debits collected on the due date
A batch of invoices ready to issue
  7. Customers look after themselves

Your customer signs in to your portal, in your colours, to pay, download invoices, update their details or send you a secure message. Your team is notified and replies from the customer's page. Fewer calls, fewer emails.

    • Pay by card or Direct Debit
    • Invoices, statements and contracts
    • Messages and files in one place
The customer portal showing units and invoices
  8. A payment is late

Anyone overdue appears in one list, with the amount, how long and what has been done so far. Send a reminder, record a promise to pay or overlock the unit, and it all shows on their record.

    • Oldest debt first
    • Reminders and promises to pay
    • Overlocked units shown as blocked
    The overdue customers list
  9. Month end in minutes

Revenue, occupancy and debt are ready when you are. The month's expenses are in with their receipts, and your accountant gets every paid invoice and expense in one pack.

    • Finance overview for the month
    • Expenses by supplier, with receipts
    • An accountant pack for any dates
